If you upload artwork, text, logos, images, or other materials to us, you represent that:

You may not upload content that:

  • Infringes another party’s copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or unlawful

By submitting artwork or content to us, you grant Zeek Custom Art a limited, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, resize, format, and display that content solely for the purpose of reviewing, producing, printing, fulfilling, and supporting your order.

We may refuse or cancel any order that we believe includes prohibited or infringing content.

5. Order Acceptance and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

If we provide a mockup, proof, preview, or design approval step, you are responsible for carefully reviewing all details before approving production, including:

  • Shipping information

Once a design is approved and production has started, changes may not be possible.

7. Production and Shipping

Production and shipping times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. We do not guarantee delivery dates unless we have specifically agreed to them in writing.

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on the website, at checkout, or in our communications. If an order is delayed, we may contact you with an updated shipment estimate or available options, including cancellation of unshipped items when appropriate.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Supply shortages
  • Production interruptions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by law.

Because many items are custom-made, most custom and personalized products are non-returnable except where they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details.

Customer-submitted content remains the property of the customer or the customer’s licensor, subject to the limited production license described in these Terms.
